Thank you for making at booking at Active Tribe Courtown! We can’t wait for you to enjoy our fantastic facilities!

In order to facilitate your booking please see the below Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the centre is subject to Active Tribe Courtown’s full Terms & Conditions at all times. These can be viewed at activetribe.ie/terms
2. All participating adults must complete an Acknowledgement of Risk Form for themselves and/or for children in their care before activities can begin. This form can be downloaded from activetribe.ie/waiver
3. On the day of the booking the group must nominate a group leader with whom centre staff will liaise
4. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that they are adequately dressed for the weather and activities including appropriate outdoor footwear and hair tied back
5. We will do our utmost to ensure that the whole group completes all activities booked and ask groups to ensure that they arrive on time
6. Full payment must be received at least 24 hours in advance of the booking. The booking will not go ahead if payment has not been made
7. Changes to bookings (i.e. number of participants, activities) will not be permitted within 7 days of the booking date
8. It is the responsibility of the group organiser to ensure that participants meet activity specific minimum height and age requirements and do not exceed maximum weight requirements as appropriate. No concession will be made for those who do not meet activity specific requirements (listed below)
9. All activities are available on a ‘Trial by Choice’ basis. Instructors will encourage all participants to partake in the activities but it will always be the participants choice to join in. No concession will be made for those who do not complete the activities booked
10. Instructors must be informed of pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may be affected by use of the centre’s activities or equipment. It is the responsibility of the group organiser/participant to decide if participation is appropriate. No concession will be made for those who do not complete the activities booked
11. Personal belongings are the responsibility of their owner at all times. Lockers are available in the Changing Village
12. Active Tribe Courtown will take no responsibility for personal items lost or damaged and recommend pockets are empty while partaking of activities
13. Our outdoor activities are designed to operate in all weather conditions. However, where weather warnings are issued by Met Éireann (met.ie) activities may have to be rescheduled. In such cases, no refund will be available
