Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit is aerobics exercises performed in the pool, using the water as resistance. It helps build cardiovascular stamina and improve your flexibility. Exercises in the pool can help with recovery from injuries and help speed up the rehabilitating stage of the injury muscles, bones or joints. Pool or water based activities can be more effective than land based exercises, as there’s less stress and strain on your muscles and body.

We run a range of Fitness and Wellbeing classes throughout the year, including Aqua fit, Spinning, Pilates, Pump, HIIT and Circuit classes for all our members and guests.
